My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. On one hand, the room I was given, after expressing my concerns, turned out to be large and relatively well-appointed with all the amenities I needed. However, it felt outdated and far from the pool and main lobby. Better lighting and more mirrors would have improved the overall feel of the room.

The service at the Hyatt was exceptional. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and extremely helpful, especially the concierge desk. They made my stay pleasant and stress-free.

I have to say our stay at the hotel was quite the experience. The rooms had everything you need including utensils, dishes, fridge and washer and dryer which were definitely worth the upgrade. However, I have to admit that it was not worth the price as a couple.

The location was beyond amazing as it allowed us to walk to everything on main street in wonderful Sedona. The surroundings were impeccable, and the pools pristine. Plus, the large outdoor fire pit was a nice touch.
